When you hire WanderPod Travel Co to plan your trip, the professional planning fees cover many tasks and services. They can include, but are not limited to:

• Flights

• Accommodations

• Cruises

• Excursions, Tours & Activities

• Entertainment

• Travel Insurance

• Saving you hours of time planning

• Vacation Guides, and lots of incredibly helpful “know-before-you-go” info

• Unique and exciting experiences to immerse your group in the destination

• Carefully curated itinerary, which can be viewed on a phone app

• Travel documents sent to your email

• Keeping in touch and following up with the supplier(s) to ensure a seamless experience

• Being available to answer questions

• Processing all payments in a timely manner

• On-trip support and assistance with any emergencies while traveling

I'm sure if you've ever planned a trip on your own, you started with a Google search. And you probably came to find that it was... overwhelming. I just did a Google search for "Vacation to Europe" and it populated 433,000,000 results. As professionals busy with coaching clients and creating content, you do not have time to sift through all that info! Your time is valuable!

Hiring WanderPod ensures that:

• You won't be wasting time. On average, a DIY trip planner spends 53 hours on one trip!

• You won't be staring at a computer screen for hours trying to decide on the best options. The average DIY trip planner visits AT LEAST 28 websites before booking a trip.

• When you have a couple quick questions, you won't be waiting on hold for hours for a cruise line, hotel or tour operator to answer the phone. And more importantly, if something goes wrong while you're traveling, WanderPod is one quick phone call away to assist you!

• All the details will be planned. You won't worry about a missed step that can leave you confused, stranded, or in an uncomfortable situation.

• Your hotel won't be overbooked and you won't be put in the worst room on the property. Bookings through Expedia, Hotels.com, etc, are at the bottom of the ladder. You get the worst room and will be first to be cancelled, usually last minute, if they are overbooked.

The following fees are a one-time, non-refundable payment, paid prior to any planning being done.

Group fees are based on group size, as follows:

• 8-19 people = $247

• 20-29 people = $347

• 30-49 people = $447

• 50+ people = Contact directly to discuss 

• Includes two initial proposals and up to two planning meetings where we tweak and modify to get the itinerary just right before approval. Also includes up to one modification once an itinerary has been selected and approved.

For individual or family trips, per household:

• Fun & Sun Packages: Cruises, Hawaii, & All-Inclusive Vacations = $125

• Disney/Universal/Theme Park or other Domestic US Travel= $100

• International Travel = $225

• Custom Itineraries = $75 per day planned

  • Custom Itinerary means that I plan air, hotel, tours & activities, transportation, and anything else required, by piecing the trip together day by day, component by component. It is rare that a totally custom itinerary is required. In most cases I have supplier partners that can put together a package. Hawaii and other domestic US travel are usually the locations that I do the most custom planning.

Cancellation & Change Fees

I get it, sometimes things happen, and you must cancel or modify a trip. Because it does take quite a bit of time to process these, there is a $30 per person change fee (changing dates or location), and $75 per person cancellation fee.
